I think money will start talking: if insurrance companies refuse to cover GP who prescribe Trans hormones or PB and judges are aware of potential law suits (and financial consequences), the balance will be much more in favour of a cautionary approach.

It is rare for the legal profession to rescue their medical counterparts however in this case it's 'hats off to the lawyers'
Hopefully this will be the turning point in this dreadful experiment.
